Knowing where our food comes from, that it's local, and that it's grown organically with no chemicals is incredibly important to us. It is truly food how it is meant to be - and you can taste the difference! Plus, being a part of the CSA year-round not only gets us fresh produce during the winter months, but we also get a variety of things to try year-round that we wouldn't normally buy at the grocery store that has become staples in our meals.
